PVR Report Line Tag
A PVR Report Line Item is the generic equivalent of the Meter Run tag. Use this when you need to define a PVR report to run against tags that are not part of a Flow Computer. It will work in much the same way, except that the parameter scoping that you use when building the associated PVR Report Entity Tag will be from the perspective of the PVR Report Line Item instead of from the Meter Run.
You will need detailed knowledge of tags in the site you wish to use as the data source for this report before using this tag. Configure the matching PVR Report Entity tag before creating the PVR Report Line tag.

The ID tab of every tag includes the same common elements: Name, Area, Description, and Help ID.
Name:
Uniquely identifies each tag in the application. If the tag is a child of another, the parent names will be displayed in a separate area before the name field.
You may right-click on the tag's name to add or remove a conditional start expression.
Area
The area field is used to group similar tags together.
Description
Tag names tend to be brief. The description field provides a way to give each tag a human-friendly note describing its purpose. While not mandatory, the description is highly recommended.
Tag descriptions are displayed in the tag browser, in the list of tags to be selected for a report and also on-screen when the operator holds the pointer over the tag’s widget. For installations that use the Alarm Notification System, the description will be spoken when identifying the tag that caused the alarm.
The description field will store up to 65,500 characters, but this will exceed the practical limits of what can be displayed on-screen.

Variable Resolution Scope (Site Tag)
Select a site tag that will provide the data for this report line item. This takes the place of a Meter Run tag that would otherwise be used.
PVR Report Definition
Select the PVR Report Entity Tag that defines what data from the site tag will be displayed in the columns of the report. The numbers following this selection match the column definitions within the Entity tag, allowing you to choose which of the defined columns to use.
Contract Hour
Sets the contract hour for the PVR Report. It is used by all meters in a Flow Computer. This field expects the contract hour to be in the format of a single number (i.e. enter 8 and not 8:00:00).
Device Clock Time Zone
Select the time zone that the device uses in order to convert the time-stamped data from the device into UTC for storage in the VTScada historian. Regardless of the time zone selected with this option, the driver assumes that the device does NOT adjust its clock for daylight savings time (DST).
Defaults to the server's time zone, but may be set to use the device's clock if that is configured for UTC, otherwise any time zone where the device is located.
