Alarm lists are alarm reports. Use the filtering and sorting tools to limit the display to only those alarms you are interested in seeing, then use the Print tool to send the list to your default system printer.
To export, use either Ctrl-C or the "Copy to Clipboard" button to copy the list to the Windows clipboard for use elsewhere. If viewing the Alarm Page on the Anywhere Client (a thin client) then the "Copy to Clipboard" button is replaced by an "Export to CSV file" button.
The currently displayed list will be used in either case.
To print the current alarm list:
- If the Alarm Page is open as a full-screen page, click the printer icon at the upper right of the screen.
- Choose whether to send the list to the default printer, or to a printer file that can be copied to a printer at a later date.
If you chose Output to file, you will be prompted for a file name and location. Otherwise, the alarms will be sent to the default Windows system printer.
Troubleshooting:
- Nothing is printed.
No alarms match the current list option, filtering options and selected time range.
The default Windows system printer for your computer may not have been the one you expected.
