Controls the format in which dates should be displayed on the Alarm page and in Alarm Lists.
The value may use any of: date formatting codes, date formatting strings or phrase identifier keys within the default languages file.
DateFmtFullNumeric is a phrase key that evaluates to yyyy-MM-dd.
