The security privilege, Manage Tag Types must be granted to your account before you can edit any tag type, whether user-defined or OEM.
This property must be set to 1 (true) before you will be able to redefine OEM tag types. You are advised to use caution if setting this property to 1. The act of redefining an OEM type can have effects that are both undesirable and difficult to reverse.
