When disabled, tags will automatically link to their ancestor tag. This was the default behavior just prior to Version 12.2. When enabled, tags will automatically link to direct ancestors or uncle tags first or else sibling tags if a relevant sibling is available.
This setting is disabled by default in applications that were created before the release of VTScada 12.2.
This setting is enabled by default in applications that were created after the release of VTScada 12.2.
If you enable this property in an application that was created before the release of VTScada 12.2, any tags that have established a link to other tags with an auto-linking configuration ( [*TagType] ex. [*Drive], [*Port] etc) may automatically link to tags in a way that you did not anticipate and could break your application.
