Affects the alarm display for Internet Clients. When 1 (true), unacknowledged alarms, that the current user is able to view, will blink in the alarm list to draw operator attention.
If your internet connection is limited by bandwidth restrictions, Trihedral recommends that you do not enable this option for the VIC display.
