Enables you to indicate whether you wish the number of starts for digital tags whose value is being plotted on the graph on the Historical Data Viewer page to display in the pen legend. If set to 1, then the number of starts for digital tags will be indicated in the pen legend. If set to 0 (default), then the number of starts for digital tags will not be indicated in the pen legend.
