Enables the sorting of the Historical Data Viewer Grid by timestamp in either ascending or descending order.
If set to 0 (the default) the order will be ascending, meaning that the most recent value is at the bottom of the page with older values scrolling off the top of the page.
If set to 1, the order will be descending.
