Indicates the time format for the elements in the Modem Manager's event log (see "Modem Manager Programming Interface"). The value may use any of time formatting codes, time formatting strings or phrase identifier keys within the default languages file. If MMLogTimeFormat is set to -1, no time is recorded in the list.
