When set to 1 (true), operators will be prompted to add a note when unshelving an alarm. The note is not mandatory unless the related property, NoteMinLengthForUnshelve, is set greater than zero.
Notes will be added to the notebook associated with the database that belongs to the alarm being unshelved.
