NotificationErrorDelay

This setting exists only to handle a situation that is extremely rare. Do not change this value unless you have been advised to do so by Trihedral Technical Support.

If Continue Roster Sequence is set for all contacts in your Roster, and if all contact methods are email or SMS-ready emails, then if all notification attempts fail (as they might if the mail server starts rejecting messages as 421 errors), the roster can start skipping from contact to contact continuously with only a one second delay between contacts. This can be undesirable.

NotificationErrorDelay sets the time between notification attempts that follow the initial pass through the contact list.

You are advised not to set the delay higher than 5 to 10 seconds depending on your situation.

This property can be set on a roster-by-roster basis by adding it to a parent Context tag.
