Suppress outgoing publishes from the OPC Classic Server to clients during times of heavy interaction between the OPC Classic Server and a client. The value represents a threshold for callbacks per second. When GetOPCServerRequestRate is above the OPCServerRequestRateThreshold, the most recent Publish call from every tag is held until the value drops back down below the limit.
Note that GetOPCServerRequestRate applies across all applications and OPCServerRequestRateThreshold is an application-level property. You can control how each application responds to high engine activity.
