Matches the field "Enable Shared User Logins" of the security manager's Administrative Options dialog. When set, a user need only sign in once on a workstation for all application contexts that share a security database. This applies to applications that share security with an OEM layer and to the separate contexts of the application and its control buttons in the VAM.
