Indicates whether VTScada system tools (such as the Source Debugger, Profiler, etc.) should be accessible from VICs.
If set to 1, the VTScada system tools will be accessible by VIC users (default).
Default: VICAutoAddDebugTools = 1
Part of Setup.INI, in your installation folder.
This property is not part of the Application Configuration dialog.
