Controls startup behavior if the workstation name is not valid. RPC Manager will wait for a maximum of the seconds specified in RPCMaxStartDelay before assuming there is no network available.
This is useful for auto starting a machine after a reboot, since it is possible for network services to not yet be started when VTScada is starting. RPC Manager will wait indefinitely for the network to start, if this value is set less than 0.
