Recipe Batch Report
This is a standard report type, found within the VTScada Reports Page and the Report tag. It can generate a report about one or more batches. The following information is included:
- Name of recipe book
- Recipe name and version
- Batch number
- Batch note
- Start and end times and the duration of batch
- Selected parameter names and values
Create a Recipe Batch Report:
(For a report that runs automatically at a scheduled time, create Report Tags. Otherwise work within the Reports Page. For those creating a Report tag, note that it is always easier to select the tags for the report while working in the Reports Page, saving them there before starting a Report Tag.)
- Set the Report Type to Recipe Batch Report.
- Select the parameters to include in the report.
Do not select the Recipe Name, Step Name or Recipe Version tags. You can use the shift key to select a range. - Save this list of parameters using the Save Group button.
Saving the group is required in a Report tag and recommended in the Reports Page. - Set the reporting period to include all the batches that should be part of the report.
To report on only the most recently run batch, set the reporting period to 1 minute. The batch need not have run within that minute because the values from the most recent run will remain set until the next batch. - Set the number of previous periods as needed.
- If configuring a Report tag, then on the Trigger tab of the properties dialog, choose to trigger the report manually (by drawing a Run Report button on your page), schedule it to run at a certain time, or trigger it to run as soon as the batch is complete. To trigger it when the batch completes, select the "By Tag" option and select the tag called "Report Trigger" under your recipe book tag.
- Choose your preferred destination for the report and options such as whether to use Excel for screen reports.
- Run the report.
