As many of you have already heard, Trihedral is being acquired by Delta Electronics. We are very excited about this decision.

With this change, Trihedral will have access to broader world markets for VTScada. We will get the big company backing that will open doors from where we have been excluded up until now. Delta will complement their extensive hardware product lines with VTScada, enhancing their solutions to their customers. They will have secured long-term access to VTScada. This deal will make both companies stronger.

We are, and still will be, Trihedral with VTScada. Any agreements will remain with Trihedral. Barry and I will still be in charge with no new management stepping in. All of our staff will remain, including our excellent developers, sales team, technical support, and project engineers. We are looking forward to this acceleration in business, allowing us to make VTScada even better and to continue our high level of personal service.
