Contest Rules
For this contest, all rules and entries are managed by Trihedral. VTScada is a brand of Trihedral.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Payment does not increase the chances of winning. This contest is open internationally and all entrants must be 18 years of age (or older) to participate. This contest or participation may be void due to local laws. Trihedral staff or their families may not enter this contest.
To enter this giveaway, an entrant must send an email to natashia.lutz@trihedral.com requesting a tee-shirt, live on the YouTube stream that runs between 11 AM -12 PM ET, May 19, 2022. Up to the first twenty-five valid entries received will be sent a limited edition, VTScadaFest tee-shirt. There is no cash alternative. The contest closes at 12 PM ET, May 19, 2022.
Past Contest Rules:
To enter, a contestant must send a code phrase given out by the presenter each hour, live on the YouTube stream that ran between 11am-12pm EDT, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvguwU1CrbJtBFiOg3OGuVA, in the Subject Line of an email to natashia.lutz@trihedral.com.
Only one entry per Code Phrase announcement per contestant is permitted. Multiple entries using the same Code Phrase will not be entered and is only valid during the live YouTube stream event time noted above. Only one prize per participant. Entries not accepted from employees of Trihedral or their families or virtual exhibitors or their families. It is important to check the spelling of the Code Phrase to ensure it matches the one announced. Incorrect spelling or entries that do not contain the exact Code Phrase in the Subject Line of the email will be disqualified. The first valid entry received in the inbox of natashia.lutz@trihedral.com for each Code Phrase will receive a prize of a USD $100 online shopping voucher from Amazon. Amazon and YouTube do not endorse or sponsor this event in any way.
Trihedral reserves the right to supply an alternate online gift card if Amazon is not a valid option for the winner’s country of residence. Trihedral cannot issue cash or cash equivalent (no PayPal etc.). Trihedral cannot be held responsible if the winner is unable to redeem the online gift card.
If two or more prizes are given out by the presenter using the same Code Phrase, the next valid email received in the inbox will receive the subsequent prize. The prize will be in the form of a redemption code. The contest ends at 12pm EDT on date of episode. The winner(s) will be contacted via the email address you provide.
Absolutely no personal information will be kept for the contest, other than to notify the winner. It is NOT a condition of entry that you must register for the live YouTube stream event, however, those that do register for the event itself may be contacted by Trihedral, subject to the company’s privacy policy.
The winners will be announced within 48 hours of the end of the event that finishes at 12pm EDT. Where only an email address is given anonymously without a first name / last name, then the first part of the email address will be listed i.e. email address: <imawinner@myemail .com> , “imawinner” will be listed to protect privacy.
