Application Development and Premium Support Services
Trihedral’s engineering services team has been providing design and integration services for over 20 years. We are a preferred supplier of high reliability and customized solutions with applications ranging from small control panel design to distributed, redundant SCADA systems. Among Trihedral’s clients are some of the largest and most advanced SCADA users in the world including major water/wastewater utilities, national broadcast companies, province-wide power generation utilities, and international oil and gas producers.
Trihedral designs utilize many common brands of hardware, combined with the proven reliability, redundancy, and communications flexibility of Trihedral’s VTScada software platform.
Customers are offered a variety of premium support options, provided by team members trained on the specifics of the customers’ application and installation. Options include 8 hr/5 days per week and 24 hr/7 days per week emergency response with guaranteed availability.
Additionally, for customers employing preventive maintenance strategies, semi-annual or annual application health checks may be provided either via remote access or onsite visit.
Integration and Partner Support
Trihedral’s VTScada product is resold and integrated by a network of certified 3rd-party System Integration Partners. These partners work directly with the designated VTScada technical support team while Trihedral’s engineering team provides 2nd tier support, lending its experience to diagnose problems and to help partners become proficient with the VTScada platform.
Where required, Trihedral’s Engineering services team offers services for the development of advanced application functionality, device drivers for legacy equipment and specialized interfaces for 3rd party software packages.
OEM Partner Support
Trihedral’s VTScada product is resold through a network of certified OEM Partners. OEM Partners utilize the VTScada software tools to develop custom user interfaces that leverage their equipments’ benefits. Trihedral’s Engineering team offers custom development services to assist in the development of part or all of their user interface solution.
