- A new function named NewTagsFullyStarted() is now available which indicates that tag updates from ModifyTags have fully completed.
- VTScada now provides an interface to get the last timestamp for a given history address in an Enron Driver.
- VTScada now supports individual selection of tag parameters when importing tags from a PLC.
- The Tag Browser now has a “Discretes” category when filtering tags. Custom discrete tag types can now use discrete equipment labels defined in a Style Settings tag.

- The VTScada Batch and Recipe Management system now refers to recipe Ingredients as recipe Parameters in order to match the ISA 88 standard terminology.
- It is now possible to configure a default tag for any given *ReferenceType (e.g. *Driver, *Publisher, etc.) in the properties of an application. If no ancestor of that type is found, the reference will default the specified default tag for that type. This can be done in Settings.Startup in a [DefaultTagReferences] section where each unique *ReferenceType is a property whose value is the Name or UniqueID of a tag. Bonus: As a result of these changes, Tag Area Filtering can now use areas that have spaces.
- VTScada now allows for sibling tag linking for tag present at the root of the tag tree.
- VTScada now has hooks which disable all UI for acknowledging, shelving, and unshelving alarms.
- The Alternate ID for logging into an alarm notification voice call can be spoken if the application is configured to use Twilio.
- There is now support for loading and rendering SVG images.
- Users can now scan a QR code to activate or deactivate VTScada licenses on machines that are not connected to the Internet.
- VTScada is now compatible with Server 2025.

- All I/O tag types that support publishing now have a Publisher parameter that can be set to the name of a Publisher tag to which the I/O tag will publish its values. The parameter defaults to *Publisher so that the Publisher tag can be part of the ancestry of the I/O tag.
- VTScada now supports publishing using MQTT SparkplugB.

- Instead of always exporting the full tag tree from the Export/Sync Tags panel, VTScada now supports restricting the export to just a subtree. This allows for faster exports and imports when dealing with just a subset of the tags.
